It is recommended to use two cold packs in the GO Case simultaneously. These two cold packs are designed to encircle the cool cage within the case, ensuring even and thorough cooling of your medication.

The product is available for purchase as a single unit. Having a spare cold pack is useful in case one of the frozen cold packs is accidentally dropped and damaged, ensuring that you can continue to use your case effectively. Advisable to replace the cold pack with a new one every 24 months. This ensures the continued effectiveness of the cooling capability.
